Through the courses I’ve attended internationally, I’ve had the opportunity to travel all over the world, and it’s become one of my favourite ways to mix work with play.
It feeds my soul (and my tummy), inspires my creativity, and sharpens the way I see the world. I love eating my way through different countries, but I also love observing how each culture markets, communicates, and expresses itself.
