My Pack

Animals bring me so much joy. They make me smile every single day, and I truly believe they are my little guardian angels. Each one has come into my life for a reason, and there is never a dull moment when I’m with my pack.

Brownie Graded

Spirit: My Little Witches Cat

Spirit was my little witch’s cat — loud, vocal, expressive, and full of attitude in the best possible way. She was a dog in the body of a cat. She licked me like a dog, told me when she was hungry, glued herself to my side, and purred like an engine.

She crossed the rainbow at 24 years old, and she will always hold a very, very special place in my heart.

Cookie Graded

Cookie: My Handsome Boy

Cookie is my boy cat, my handsome Birman. I always joke that I have two cats: a smart one and a handsome one… and he is the handsome one.

He’s mischievous, naughty, and full of personality! He peed on my bed the first day I got him, broke my vase in the first week, and still loves playing hide-and-seek like it’s his full-time job.

You look at his sweet face and think he’s an angel… but don’t let it fool you. He’s a handful.. and I love him so much for it.

Kaiza Graded

Kaiza: My Baby Rottweiler

Kaiza is my baaa-bieeee. There’s a song I sing to her (yes, the famous “Kaiza is my baby, baby, baby, baby…”), and she somehow knows it’s written just for her. She’s gentle, playful, and very lazy.

Kaiza came into my life as a Rottweiler, but to me, she’s 55kg of pure love.

Spirit Graded

Brownie: My Crazy Soi Dog

Brownie is my crazy soi dog, a beautiful, scruffy soul who used to live on the beach in Phuket. After one week of courting him and slowly building trust, he finally jumped into my car… and straight into my heart.

You’d think the Rottweiler is the guard dog, right? Think again. Brownie is the one who taught Kaiza what a real guard dog looks like. The moment our eyes connected, I felt like I knew him at a soul level, like we’d met before in another life.

He is my Brownie Brownie Brownie.

Mandy Graded

Mandy-Love: My Little Polar Bear

Mandy-Love was a homeless dog for over 10 years, part of the Bandon Temple dogs in Phuket. Over the years, one by one, her friends slowly crossed the rainbow, and she was the only one left. Without her original pack, she began getting picked on by other groups of dogs.

She is a gentle soul who has survived so much and truly deserved a peaceful forever home. When I saw her post, I felt instantly drawn to her, and after meeting her, I knew she belonged with us.

We brought her to Bangkok expecting a quiet little lamb who would sleep at our feet all day… but to our surprise, after three months, she now barks at other dogs like her siblings, and even growls proudly on our walks. She’s not a little lamb, she’s my little polar bear, and I’m so grateful she’s part of our pack.

Each of them came into my life for a reason, and together they fill my world with love, laughter, and a kind of magic only animals can bring.

And don’t be surprised if, during our Zoom calls, you meet or hear one of them!
